We’d like you to join us as a Support worker at our service Gunnersbury Ave, West London.
Gunnersbury Avenue is a supported living care service providing people with the highest standards of care. We help to promote independence and maintain a high standard of both physical and mental wellbeing for all our tenants, enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you’ll be working:
On a rota basis
Working every other weekend
Hourly Rate £11.58
Annual Salary £25,360.27
The role is for waking Nights
What you’ll be doing:
A genuine interest in providing the best person centred care possible for our residents
Build relationships with residents, which are open and two way
Establish methods of communication with residents, reducing barriers when necessary
Assist residents with mealtimes where necessary
Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
Communicate any issues to the management
Accurately report and/or record work activities
What you’ll have:

• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
