This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Administrator to work part-time 3 days a week.
THE ROLE:
Overall, you will help the office run smoothly, providing key HR and administrative support in a dynamic environment. This includes:
Office Maintenance – Manage office supplies, oversee cleanliness, and ensure equipment is functional.
Culture & Engagement – Create and maintain an office rota, coordinate team engagement initiatives, and organise events.
HR & Admin Support – Maintain internal systems, assist with recruitment tasks, and support onboarding processes.
General Administrative Duties – Ensure time sheets are submitted, attend meetings punctually, and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Recent experience as an Administrator / Office Coordinator
Excellent organisational skills
Good written and spoken communication
Attention to detail
Comfortable using various software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£27,000 per annum pro-rated (base salary of £26,000 pro-rated to £15,600 + performance-based bonus of £1,000 pro-rated to £600).
16 days holiday + all bank holidays.
Office-based role in London (9am – 6pm, 3 days a week).
