Office Administrator Grannys Fayre supplies traditional home-baked cakes and pastries for the wholesale and retail industry. We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our friendly team. In this role, you will handle a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Location:Armagh Hours:09.00 am to 17.00 pm – Monday to Friday inclusive 28 days holidays includes Bank Holidays Salary:£24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience Duties/Responsibilities All office duties including: Bookkeeping Updating pricing Listing products with Head-Offices Dealing with Suppliers Credit Control Taking calls (Very few) Actioning email queries Ordering Filing The ideal candidate will be honest, have strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
