Brightwork are delighted to be working with one of our key clients, a well-known Accountancy firm based in Glasgow as they further expand their well established, and highly regarded business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a well-established firm where they will have a varied role, covering different financial tasks, while gaining exposure to growth opportunities.

The Job:

  • Accounts and Office Administration
  • Assisting Payroll department
  • Assisting with completion of VAT and Tax
  • Assisting Production department
  • Assisting with bookkeeping tasks
  • Discussing Accounting matters with clients both over the phone and email
  • Any other Administrative duties required

The Person:

  • Experience of working in a similar office environment is desirable.
  • Flexible, with the ability to multi-task.
  • An attention to detail in meet the high standards of accuracy required.
  • Able to work under time pressure demanded by tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders confidently and diplomatically
