Brightwork are delighted to be working with one of our key clients, a well-known Accountancy firm based in Glasgow as they further expand their well established, and highly regarded business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a well-established firm where they will have a varied role, covering different financial tasks, while gaining exposure to growth opportunities.
The Job:
- Accounts and Office Administration
- Assisting Payroll department
- Assisting with completion of VAT and Tax
- Assisting Production department
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks
- Discussing Accounting matters with clients both over the phone and email
- Any other Administrative duties required
The Person:
- Experience of working in a similar office environment is desirable.
- Flexible, with the ability to multi-task.
- An attention to detail in meet the high standards of accuracy required.
- Able to work under time pressure demanded by tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage different stakeholders confidently and diplomatically
