As a Student Behaviour Mentor, you will be instrumental in supporting students who face behavioural challenges, helping them stay focused, engaged, and motivated throughout their learning. This role provides hands-on experience at a respected school, allowing you to make a tangible difference in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with behavioural challenges, helping them to engage and stay focused in lessons
Build strong relationships with students, promoting positive behaviour and academic success
Work closely with teachers and staff to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment
Encourage students to thrive emotionally and academicallyRequirements:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate students
Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport with students
A passion for working with young people and supporting their emotional and academic growth
Prior experience in education or working with students is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:
