Site Manager – Chiswick (£240 per day)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 30-week project in Chiswick, set to start in April. The role involves overseeing a £3m car garage refurbishment, including groundworks (£100k package), externals, and fit-out.
Key Requirements:
✅ SMSTS & First Aid certification
✅ Experience in car showroom refurb/build (preferred)
✅ Strong communication & leadership skills
✅ Ability to manage subcontractors & report to senior management
You’ll be site-based, reporting to a visiting director 1-2 times per week.
