Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic role based in Colchester, offering a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum along with excellent benefits. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic team at a leading provider in the transport management sector. This is an exciting chance to take ownership of the credit control process and make a real impact within the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Manage and monitor the credit control process to ensure payment deadlines are met.
Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding payments.
Liaise with suppliers to provide updates on outstanding invoices and resolve queries.
Handle any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department manager.
What Experience is Required
Previous experience in credit control or a similar financial role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Salary: £27,000 per year.
