Are you a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling opportunity? We are an education recruitment agency seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN TA to support students with SEN in a full-time position at a school in Wandsworth.
Role Overview:
* Supporting students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students access learning
* Assisting with classroom activities, personal care (if required), and behaviour management
* Helping students develop social, emotional, and academic skills
* Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience supporting children or young adults with SEN
✔ Knowledge of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or PMLD
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ A compassionate, adaptable, and resilient mindset
✔ Valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
