A worldwide global manufacturer is looking for a Graduate Sales Estimator for their growing team. They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop.

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.
Update and manage client data using our CRM system.
Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.
Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.
Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Degree qualified in a Business Management / Sales related degree would be beneficial
Background in technical sales or a similar role would be desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong telephone communication skills.
Experience in a technical environment with engineered products would be a benefit
