We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work at a lovely primary school in Llantwit Major.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to children with a range of learning difficulties and needs within the Specialist Resource Base (SRB) class.
Assist with the planning and delivery of learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.Essential Requirements:
Proven experience working within a primary school setting.
Experience supporting children with ALN in a similar LSA role.
A valid DBS check and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
