We are seeking an enthusiastic graduate with sales experience who is eager to launch a successful career in recruitment. The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work alongside a Senior Account Manager and develop your skills and intuition for sourcing and placing candidates with leading clients across the UK or the Middle East. Your day-to-day tasks will include building relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll also be tasked with managing multiple priorities, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey for both candidates and clients.

We are looking for an individual who is focused, determined, and passionate about going the extra mile. If you have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, you could be the perfect fit for us. We also value strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive starting salary of £18,000 to £22,500 (depending on experience), with realistic on-target earnings of around £45,000 in your first year, plus usual company benefits. You’ll be supported every step of the way, with encouragement to develop into a sharp, process-driven recruiter.
