Role: Office Administrator
Location: Harpenden
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (on site – 1 day work form home after successful probationary period)
Salary offered: £27 – £28,000 PA

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and conscientious Office Administrator to join a well-established and respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Harpenden. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the administration team, Financial Planners, and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and contributing to the firm’s commitment to providing high-quality service to its clients.

Assist the administration team in servicing new and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong internal relationships to support business flow.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the administrative function.
Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes to enhance client service.
Ensure all business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
Manage individual work-flow and task delivery effectively.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including finalising documents, managing client reports, handling communications, and liaising with third parties.Skills & Attributes:
Proven experience in an office administration role, ideally within the financial services industry.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
