Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a leading organisation in the engineering sector, seeking a Calibration Technician to join their growing team.
As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment meets compliance standards by performing validation and verification checks. This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform calibration, verification, and validation of equipment, ensuring no deviations.
* Use basic tools, such as timers, to assess performance and report any discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate calibration records and raise deviations where necessary.
* Work collaboratively within a team of engineers and service technicians.
* Support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
Role Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (engineering, technical, or equivalent).
* Hands-on experience working within an engineering or technical role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
* Good problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday (6 AM – 5 PM) with optional out-of-hours overtime (paid at time and three-quarters).
