The role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a SEMH school based in Bromley that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with key stage 4 & 5 students out of the classroom. You must have strong behaviour management skills and be an approachable, enthusiastic and efficient person with the ability to build strong relationships with students. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working 1:1 with students and must use de – escalation techniques to manage their behaviour. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with challenging behaviour and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
The school – SEMH
This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has great transport links, and many local bus routes.
