Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
* Basic Electrical/mechanical assembly knowledge
* Tinning and soldering
* Ferruling and crimping
* Learn new roles and be able to work in any wiring area as and when required
* Responsible for quality control of own work before and after wiring
* Follow the companies standard working procedures including 5s and Health and Safety
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
* The ability to work to deadlines
* Must be able to work to set targets
* Strong attention to detail
* Must have experience and skill in the use of hand tools
* Must be able to work from drawings
* Being flexible, a good team member with a positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality standards
* Self-motivated with excellent planning and strong communication skills

The focus in the role is both internal colleagues and external customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and consultants
These are illustrative duties and the post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.
Salary: £12.30 – £12.50 / hr
