FLT Counterbalance Operative

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Operative to join our well established client.
Job Duties:
* Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently.
* Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.
* Maintain and inspect the forklift as required.
* Work with haulier drivers to sort and load trucks.
* Ensure all data to be recorded is correct and up to date.
* Ensuring correct product is loaded for the Customer.
* Assemble and wrap product to customer requirements.
* Ensure product is labelled/packed to a very high quality.
* Unloading trailers – Pallets/Plastic/Plasterboard (consumables) and general deliveries.
* Shunter driving – Moving trailer around the yard and in and out of loading bays.
* Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:

* Ability to follow instruction.
* Forklift Licence (Counterbalance).
* Ability to work on own initiative.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm.
Starting Salary: £13.86 per hour (including shift allowance).
This is a Full time, Permanent position
