Description
First Task Professional are working alongside a well established Civil Engineering contractor who are looking for a General Foremen for an earthworks project in Ayrshire. This position will last for a period of around 12 weeks.
* Manage the daily operations on site and ensure project timescales are met within a safe and accurate fashion
* Reporting weekly to the Site Agent on key aspects of progress issues and concerns
* Contribute and help to ensure that success throughout all projects is achieved by delivering the programme on time
* Support Site engineers on site
* Any other site management duties as required.
* At least 5 years’ experience as a General Foreman;
* Previous civil engineering experience is essential;
* Ideally strong experience of earthworks
* Previous experience writing RAMS is essential;
* Valid CSCS and SMSTS
