Supply Teaching Assistant required in Burton-On-Trent
Are you a teaching assistant looking for flexible shift patterns?
Role and Responsibilities:
• In advance or on the day support to cover teaching assistant absences within primary schools across Burton-On-Trent.
• To adapt and adhere to different school settings, policies and procedures.
• Supporting children’s learning across the classroom in EYFS up to KS2 classes.
• Provided 1:1 focused support where required, tailoring work tasks to individual children’s learning abilities.
• Delivering subject focused intervention sessions with small groups of children.
• Managing behaviour.
• Working closely to feedback to the class teacher.
• Creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Helping to tidy up work tasks and activities.
