New Resource Recruitment is expanding and seeking a Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant to support high-volume industrial recruitment. Full training is provided, with mentorship from senior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, permanent, and contract roles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Proactively develop new business through face-to-face meetings and phone calls.
* Research and engage candidates with niche skills.
* Support senior consultants with client management and recruitment projects.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

* Strong communication, sales, and IT skills.
* Ambitious, resilient, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident in business development and relationship building.
* Full UK driving licence required.
