Role: On-Site Support
Location: Peterborough
Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Must have own car & full driving licence
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable On-Site Recruiter to support candidates at multiple busy factory sites. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-ins and assisting with any on-site recruitment needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Checking in candidates on-site & ensuring attendance
Providing support to workers, ensure they signed/clocked in
Conducting site tours for new starters
Liaising with the recruitment team & factory management
Ensuring compliance & maintaining records
