Insparise is currently recruiting a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to work on an ad hoc agency / locum basis.We provide a very high standard of staffing to various client groups.

Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting residents and service users in residential care homes.
- You will be assisting with personal care, you may be asked to support with medication, assisting with meals and daily needs of the service users.
- Helping with domestic duties if required.
- Completing daily notes, either via in house record systems or paper based notes. accurately and timely.
- Interact with the residents and service users to provide intellectual stimulation.
- Offering emotional support to residents and families.
- Collaboration with significant others.
- Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
Qualifications:
- HCA experience in a healthcare setting
- Mandatory Healthcare Training
- Enhanced DBS, child and adult, on the update service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately
