Office Administrator

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Salary: £12.60 Per Hour + plus Christmas bonus, Pension Scheme and free parking on site
Location: Brampton, Cumbria
Job Type: 13 weeks- Temporary to Permanent

NXT is currently seeking an individual who has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail on behalf of a business in Brampton. This a great opportunity for someone who wants to put their skills in action in a well-established company.

Responsibilities

* Handling incoming calls

* Office duties that follow compliance and company policies

* Creating and updating records on the company databases

* Track stock of office supplies

* Assist all departments when necessary, with administrative duties

Skills

* High standards of accuracy and attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good IT skills. Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

* Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize day-to-day activities ensuring that deadlines and objectives are achieved

* Organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask within a demanding office environment

* Good interpersonal skills, confident and professional telephone manner

* Effective problem-solving techniques

* Excellent customer service skills
