Job Title: PPM Engineer (Fire & Security Maintenance)
Location: Northampton
Salary: £29,417.00 per annum
Benefits: Company Van with Fuel Card, Pension, BUPA Healthcare, 33 days holiday.
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We are advertising this PPM Engineer role for a national facilities management company.
Job Role
To undertake Fire & security Maintenance PPM’s, working within the Security and Fire team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Key Accountabilities:
* Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Delivery Fire Alarm Maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement and within agreed timescales.
* Liaison with the Service Team at all times striving to ensure that all works are delivered on time.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
* Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required. Comply with any other reasonable management instruction
*Training will be provided to the right candidate
Experience and Qualification:
* FIA qualification desired
* Experience with PPM duties desirable
* Experience with CCTV, IP and Analogue systems
* Qualification in Extinguishers would be advantageous
