Are you passionate about supporting students in a educational environment? Do you want to make a real impact while working towards becoming a qualified teacher? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant LSA to join one of our client schools – a high-achieving Catholic Secondary School rated “Good” by Ofsted.
What You’ll Do:
– Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN to help them achieve their full potential.
– Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
– Work closely with other staff members to monitor student progress and well-being.
– Promote the values of the Catholic faith, supporting students in both their academic and personal development.
– Help implement tailored interventions for students who require additional learning support.
