Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: King’s Cross
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: July 2025

About the Role:
Full-time Learning Support Assistant working 1:1 with a KS1 child
Supporting a pupil with ASD and SEMH, helping them engage in learning
Implementing tailored interventions to encourage development and confidence
Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning activities for the child’s needs
Encouraging positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD and SEMH
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to learning support
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
