Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Southwark
Pay: £90 – £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP

Full-time Learning Support Assistant role working with KS1 pupils
Supporting children with SEN in 1:1 and small group settings
Assisting with tailored interventions to enhance learning and development
Encouraging engagement and confidence through positive reinforcement
Working closely with teachers and SENCO to implement support strategiesRequirements:
Prior SEN experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
Experience working with KS1 pupils in a school setting
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
