PART TIME Domiciliary Care Assistant
CONTRACTED HOURS
Shift Availability (includes alternate weekends)
- 07:00-15:00
- 16:00-22:30
Driving license and access to own vehicle is essential for this role depending on location

Domiciliary care is a very rewarding carer as you will work with clients on a 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 basis, allowing you to build longstanding professional relationships with each client.
The main duties of a Domiciliary Health Care Assistant will include:
- – Providing personal care, including but not limited to – washing, dressing, nutrition and hydration
- – Providing social, emotional and physical support to clients
- – Domestic duties such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens
- – Meal preparation
- – Support with activities
- – Support with medication needs
- – Companionship
The ideal Domiciliary Care Assistant will:
- – Have an NQV Level 2 or above in health and social care or be willing to work towards one.
- – Have previous relevant training to the job role or be willing to attend training.
- – Have previous domiciliary healthcare experience (not essential)
- – Have a DBS check dated within 3 months or be prepared to register for one
- – Be flexible, reliable and committed
