Your new role
In your new role as financial administrator, your main duties include the following:
Raising of Purchase OrdersReceipting InvoicesManaging the Parked Report and WIA on SAPUpdating Finance Tracker and maintainingLiasing with the commercial team to uplift Purchase OrdersSpreadsheetsMonth End & AFP ProcessWorking on our concept system – assigning jobs, allocating resources and closing downInputting jobs on our Maintenance Tracker and sending Ref numbers to Amey Sub-contractorsScanning & FilingCompleting Inductions – Amey & ClientMinute Taking as and when requiredKeeping notice boards up to date for First Aid, Emergency Arrangements and so onArrange contractor call-outs as and when requiredTaking calls in to the officeOrdering
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday-Friday – 9am-5pm (30 mins unpaid break)
£12.51 per hour, plus holidays
This is a temporary to permanent position.
No parking on site (Only available in emergency cases).
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must be experienced at using Excel, Word and Formulas. Experience in administration and/ or financial roles is required, with a great attitude towards learning and good communication skills. You will be required to undergo a basic DBS check and provide a minimum of 2 references (Ideally your 2 most recent employers).
