We are looking for a Water Field Technician who would like to help us reach our mission earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

You will primarily be covering areas such as Wakefield / Leeds / Doncaster / Rotherham / Worksop / Derby / Nottingham / Barnsley and surrounding areas

Travel to other areas may be required at times to meet the needs of the business.

As the Water Field Technicianyour key responsibilities are

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections

Liaise with office-based teams to address issues and incidents as they arise

Oversee work schedules and inventory to ensure works can be completed within given timeframes

Ensure that all assets comply with the technical and regulatory standards

Respond to customer queries, meter exchanges and crossed meters

Respond to incidents and isolate problems where possible

Provide reports on works carried out to ensure they are in line with agreed SLAs

Taking pressure and flows internal and external, as well as leak detection and network auditing

About you

Full UK driving license

SHEA Water / CSCS or equivalent is desirable

Experience of operating valves, Washouts, fire hydrants

Experience of working on water mains networks with an understanding network drawings and schematics

Knowledge of Microsoft IT

Excellent communication skills when dealing with office, team and customer interactions

Proactive attitude with high attention to detail
