Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of destination pubs with letting rooms, the Dolphin Hotel occupies a fantastic location in the village of Beer, on the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Beer boasts a beautiful shingle beach, with plenty of attractions suitable for all ages nearby. The area is a haven for beautiful walks, with the nearby South West Coast Path offering stunning cliff top views. Guest areas include two comfortable lounge bars, dining room and a bright and spacious function room.

The Dolphin is due to re-open soon after a major investment and we are boosting our front of house team with have both permanent and seasonal contracts available for experienced F&B shift leaders with full or part time hours over flexible shifts to suit you….

Apply if you are:
- A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm, organized, approachable and able to take responsibility
- Able to ensure that the shift openingclosing, security and safety procedures are followed
- Well presented and confident with an eye for detail
- Committed and willing to support the GM in developing the skills of team colleagues
- Organized, logical and able to keep on top of multiple tasks
- Determined to provide the best possible experience for our guests
- Able to reliably manage the commute, days, evenings and weekends
- A great host who gets a buzz providing hospitality that makes people’s day

Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of hospitality operations with a busy food profile with rooms is a big advantage.
