Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of destination pubs with letting rooms, the Dolphin Hotel occupies a fantastic location in the village of Beer, on the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Beer boasts a beautiful shingle beach, with plenty of attractions suitable for all ages nearby. The area is a haven for beautiful walks, with the nearby South West Coast Path offering stunning cliff top views. Guest areas include two comfortable lounge bars, dining room and a bright and spacious function room.

The Dolphin is due to re-open soon after a major investment and we are boosting our front of house team with have both permanent and seasonal contracts available for Bar & Waiting staff with full or part time hours over flexible shifts to suit you….

Previous experience and knowledge of bar & waiting in hospitality operations with a busy food profile is an advantage.
