Nursery Third In Charge – Your Role:
* Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy in leading the team and ensuring high standards of care and education
* Act as a role model, mentoring and supporting staff across all rooms
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
* Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
* Step up in the absence of the Deputy Manager to oversee the nursery’s daily operations
Nursery Third In Charge – About You:
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience in a senior nursery role with leadership responsibilities
* Passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week
