The role – Mental Health Teaching Assistant
I am working with a SEN school based in Wandsworth that are looking for a new Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be working with students across Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 with Special Educational Needs, you must be a flexible, adaptable and approachable person with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you must support students with mental health needs in and out of the class, you may be required to work one – to – one with the students and must have strong knowledge of working with mental health issues. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with mental health and special educational needs.
