The Position – 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach have a new opportunity available for an SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting autism on a 1:1 basis. The pupil is in Year 2 and struggles to communicate with other pupils and are behind on their learning. The pupil requires 1:1 consistent and constant support throughout their day. The 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant must have a calm and nurturing approach to their assigned pupil. The pupil doesn’t have any behaviour needs and with the relevant experience for the 1:1 support role, the Teaching Assistant will enjoy working with the assigned pupil.
