Key Responsibilities:
Assist with supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in groups.
Help teachers prepare classroom materials and resources.
Provide additional support to students who need extra help with tasks or understanding.
Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Monitor and track student progress and help provide feedback where required.
Ideal Candidate:
A compassionate and positive approach with a passion for working with children.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexible and adaptable to varying classroom needs.
No formal qualifications required; however, experience with children or in a classroom setting is desirable.
