Role: Administrator (Customer Operations)

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of our client’s Customer Services Team, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Services. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by managing the end-to-end order process, handling incoming customer enquiries, and providing outstanding support to customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Input customer’s sales orders and manage the process from start to finish
Receive and process all incoming customer’s enquiries, quotations, claims, returns etc.
Keep customers informed of order status
Send appropriate samples to customers
Liaise with warehouse operatives concerning customer orders
Make freight enquiries and obtain competitive quotes
Book deliveries/ arrange collections for shipments when required
Complete relevant paperwork for customers for customs declaration when required
Process Invoicing
Customer Liaison – respond to requests/ queries with a reasonable timeframe
Report key issues to the Head of Customer Services as appropriate

To excel in this role, you should have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, strong administration skills and a passion for delivering excellent service to clients. Your ability to prioritise tasks, multitask efficiently, and work collaboratively within a team will contribute to your success as a Customer Service Administrator.
