The Role: As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:
Making outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or a customer service role.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
✔ A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
