Senior Residential Support Worker – Empowering Young Lives

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our clients Ofsted-regulated provision, supporting children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This role is more than just a job—it’s about making a real difference, helping young people feel safe, valued, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
Your Impact:
Provide stability, guidance, and positive role modelling to children who need it most.
Create meaningful experiences that enrich their childhood and build lasting memories.
Support young people in developing life skills, confidence, and resilience.
Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the home is a warm, safe, and supportive environment.
What We Look For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting.
✔️ MAPPA or Team Teach trained.
✔️ A compassionate and resilient approach to supporting children with complex needs.
✔️ A commitment to creating a childhood filled with opportunities, joy, and growth.
✔️ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
Driver Uk licence
Level 3/4 in Children’s and young people Qual
