Job Title: Domiciliary Carer
Location: Welwyn Garden City & Hatfield
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join our care team, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes across Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and medication assistance
* Support with meal preparation and household tasks
* Promote independence and dignity at all times
* Build positive relationships with clients and their families
* Follow individual care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
* Maintain accurate records of care visits
* Report any concerns regarding client well-being to the appropriate person
Requirements:
* 1/2 years experience necessary – full training provided
* Kind, empathetic, and patient nature
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Drivers preferred but not essential
* Right to work in the UK
