Position: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £90-£110 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
Work closely with teachers to promote student progress and inclusion.
Support students with social, emotional, and learning difficulties.
Requirements:
Experience working with students in an SEN or classroom setting is desirable.
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach to learning support.
