Remedicare are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Team Leader to join our client in Kirkby.
This home is a 50 bedded service providing high quality care to its supporting residents with varying complex care. This home currently rated Requires Improvement with CQC.
* Pay rate: £12.60 – £13.00 per hour
* Hours: 36-48 Hours
* Shift Pattern: 8:00am to 8:00pm, Days or Nights
Requirements for our Care Team Leader:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Senior Carer within the UK (essential)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Medication Trained
Key Responsibilities of a Care Team Leader:
* Setting the care team’s task as a top priority
* Attend staff meetings, clinical reviews, and case reviews as directed
* Track residents’ progress towards predetermined objectives
* Assisting with all facets of daily life, such as events, mealtimes, and personal care
