Business Administrator | Devizes, Wiltshire | Full Time | £26,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Business Administrator to join their friendly team near Devizes.

This is an office-based role with a primary focus on field service coordination. You will also support the business and team in other areas, such as preparing reports or making phone calls to customers and suppliers.

You will be an integral part of the Operations team—the beating heart of their customer and employee experience. Strong organizational skills, a proven track record for effective decision-making, and exceptional communication abilities are key to helping you meet the expectations set with their colleagues and customers.

Your day-to-day interactions and contributions will help you quickly become a key member of their amazing team.

Are you the right person for the job?

Full UK driving licence
An Enhanced DBS check of the successful candidate will be undertaken and it is a requirement of the post that a clean DBS check be maintained
Previous experience in Field Service Management, diary/appointment management, or similar time coordination tasks is a huge advantage
Excellent communication skills to deliver on expectations with colleagues and customers
Customer Experience (CX) champion

Good general IT skills – Microsoft Office suite, Internet and data entry with ability to adopt new systems as they are introduced
What will your role look like?

Accurately plan, coordinate and communicate all Field service activities, to include managing engineer schedules
Communicate with our customers to support multiple departments
Contract management – making adjustments and/or processing renewals
Prepare and send regular updates to our customers
Fleet Management
Various administration tasks
Help to champion a mutually beneficial and positive business relationship with customers and colleagues
Provide input and feedback for all identified continual improvement suggestions and opportunities
