Davies Turner have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Contract Coordinator to join the team based in Bristol.

Location: Avonmouth, BS11 8DT or Severn Beach, BS35 4DF Bristol (2 positions available)

Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (09.00-17.30hrs)

Logistics Contract Co-ordinator – The Role:

Join our dynamic team at Davies Turner as a Logistics Contracts Coordinator, where you’ll be at the heart of our operations! You’ll manage the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring seamless deliveries, maintaining inventory integrity, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Logistics Contract Co-ordinator – Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs

– Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity

– Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise

– Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries

– Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents

– Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations

Logistics Contract Co-ordinatorYou:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have:

– Essential: Administration experience, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn

– Skills in: Prioritisation, problem-solving, and handling multiple tasks at once

– Bonus: Previous logistics experience but full training will be provided

– Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

In addition, you’ll also need the right to work in the UK – we are not able to sponsor work permits.
