As a Credit Controller, you will be essential in overseeing and upholding the company’s credit policies.

Responsibilities include:

* Pursuing payments from clients via phone, letter, and email

* Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments

* Performing credit checks and setting up new customer accounts

* Resolving payment issues and negotiating settlements

* Preparing regular reports on credit status and outstanding debts

* Working with other departments to improve credit control processes
