AA Euro Healthcare is currently welcoming applications from experienced Support Workers to work on an agency basis on behalf of an award-winning adult social care provider that support adults with learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist service users with personal care tasks
Support service users with daily activities
Provide emotional support and companionship
Help service users access community facilities and services
Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports
Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
Requirements for this role to include:
Minimum Requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate
One years’ experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.
A warm, person-centered approach and the ability to positively engage with adults with learning disabilities or other support needs.
Up to date Medicines Administration training
Up to date Safety Intervention training
Ability to work as part of a Team or Independently
Ability to work a variety of shifts patterns- Days, Evenings, Weekends & Sleep-ins
