Description

Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
Track and monitor the progress of cases and liaising with senior leadership as appropriate.
Encourage good working practices by advising manager of procedures. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Ensuring efficient document management
Assisting in the preparation of regular reports
Handling correspondence and queries
Maintaining office systems
Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleaguesProfile

A successful Office Administrator should have:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in the Property industry
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
