Job Summary:
We are seeking a team of creative and enthusiastic Bartender’s to join our vibrant cocktail bar located in the heart of Peterborough City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, in a timely and efficient manner.
– Prepare and serve a variety of food and snacks, including breakfast pastries and cakes, pizzas, bottomless brunches and afternoon teas.
– Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
– Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitised.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in cocktails and mixology.
– Assist in the creation of new cocktail recipes and menu items.
– Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
– Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
– Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
– Valid certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred but not required
