Our client is a leading manufacturing and production company based close to Chichester, West Sussex. We are looking for an Office Administrator to the team and assist the day-to-day operations of the business.

We are looking for somebody with the following credentials:

Time management, organisational and multi-task skills
Confident and professional manner
Strong leadership skills
Can work on own Initiative
Motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
A working knowledge on Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communicatorResponsibilities:

Sales office support
Accounts department support
General administrative dutiesEssential:

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Educated to GCSE level
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office, Word Excel knowledge
Understanding of accounting, data entry and record management
