A service organisation based in central Bristol (offering hybrid working) is currently recruiting as Contracts Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:

* Deal with incoming contractor queries such as new starters, compliance checks and payment dates

* Seek the information needed form the relevant department to solve the query

* Build relationships with contractors and agencies to ensure all processes run smoothly

* Inform contractors of new services being offered

* Chase missing documents

* Ask for recommendations and referrals

* Maintain excellent customer service at all times

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills. The ability to solve queries and operate excel proficiently is also essential
