Warehouse Operative

• Job Type: Temporary (4 – 8 weeks), with the possibility of becoming permanent
• Location: North Walsham (Must be able to drive)
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
• Salary: £11.44 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. This role is ideal for someone with a valid counterbalance forklift license and experience in warehousing operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Operate a 1.5-ton counterbalance forklift to manage goods within the warehouse.
• Utilise a barcoding system for efficient inventory management.
• Perform general warehousing tasks to maintain order and efficiency.
• Prepare and organise shipments for dispatch using DHL services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid counterbalance forklift license.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Previous experience with barcoding systems and general warehousing tasks is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly within the set hours.
